I’m passionate about sleep because I was you!

When I had my daughter in 2023, I was exhausted. My daughter barely slept and refused pacifiers, swaddles, and the bassinet. I felt so defeated. After working through my own mom guilt about sleep training, I decided to commit to it, and it was the best decision I made for my family! My mental state improved, my daughter developed more, and our bond grew. I began to love motherhood!

First things first, we’ll make sure we’re a good fit with a complimentary call giving us both the opportunity to connect, discuss your specific situation, and determine if our services align perfectly with your goals.

create a sleep plan

Before any sleep training happens, we spend some time digging deeper into what’s going on behind the scenes of your sleep struggles as I build your personalized sleep plan. Once we decide on a method, review the plan and prepare your mind and home for sleep training, then we’re ready to get started!

implement the plan

Now it’s time for sleep training! You’ll follow the detailed sleep plan provided, and I’ll be there every step of the way with 1:1 support for 3 weeks! Having accountability and guidance through the bumps in the road is how you’ll confidently teach independent sleep habits to your little one.

Once it’s all said and done, you’re ready to enjoy your life as a rested parent! Get ready to catch up on your favorite Netflix series, spend quality time with your partner, or kick start your self care routines back up!

Our one time consultation is ideal for parents who had a great sleeper or their child was sleep trained before, but things are not working like they used to due to a regression, a change in their child's natural routine, or if they achieved new milestones, and they just need advice or a schedule change. During this call, you can ask anything and receive advice to get your child sound asleep again!

    • A free consultation to determine if this is the right support for you.

    • Online Sleep & Schedule Intake Assessment.

    • One time Zoom consultation (up to 60 minutes).

    • Notes of our conversation sent via email.

    • 1x Check in via email after a week of our consultation, to assess progress and answer any questions you may have.

  • No, I don’t use the “Cry It Out” method (aka extinction method), which means leaving your child in their sleep environment alone and without support throughout the night. I would never tell another parent to do something that I don’t feel comfortable doing with my own daughter.

  • I utilize various methods depending on your goals and comfort levels, from methods with high parental involvement (aka gentle methods) to methods with less parental involvement. However, all methods that I work with are responsive and have your child’s needs as the priority.

  • If you have followed the plan and were committed to the program during our 3 weeks and you don’t feel successful in your sleep journey, I’m happy to offer a reassessment consultation, with a new sleep plan and 1 additional week of support until you reach your goals.
